Delivery & Shipping Policy

At ODGPARTS, we’re proud to serve as your trusted online garage door parts warehouse. We provide local delivery and flexible shipping options to get your new garage door to you safely and efficiently.

Local Delivery – Within 60 Miles of Hoschton, GA (30548)

• Garage Doors up to 18' wide and/or 8' high are Delivered free within a 30 mile radius of Hoschton GA (30548)

• Garage doors can take approximately 6 weeks to arrive or more depending on material shortages.

• If outside the free delivery zone of 30 miles. We offer local pick-up in Hoschton GA or we deliver up to 60 miles for additional fee. Fees can be found at check-out.

• Outside of the 60 mile radius we ship through independent shippers.  

• We will not deliver a door without prior confirmation and we are sure someone will be at the address to accept delivery.

• The delivery agent will call you in advance to schedule the delivery of your garage door.

• We only offer a driveway delivery service and we cannot place doors in your garage or carry doors to any other location.

• We offer a delivery service based on one driver and so some larger doors may require an able bodied person to assist in the unloading. 

• You must have the means to move doors after they are unloaded.​

• We take the health and safety of our employees very seriously and they will not do anything whatsoever that may lead to an injury to themselves or others.

• All methods require a signature from the householder; the person accepting the delivery must be over the age of 18 and have the express permission to sign for the goods on behalf of the purchaser.

• We are happy to discuss any special requests with you on our normal contact number or via the email system.

• Please help us get your door to you in good time by being flexible with our transport department when we call to arrange delivery.​

• As all our doors are custom made we do not accept returns, all sales are final.

Shipping Outside the Local Area

• For destinations beyond 60 miles, we’ll arrange shipping through a freight service. Pricing varies depending on size, weight, and location.

• Prefer to handle your own shipping? We're happy to provide exact dimensions and packaging details so you can use third-party services like uShip.com or your preferred freight carrier.

• All freight orders must be confirmed in writing, and someone must be available at the delivery location to receive the shipment.

Lead Times

• Most of our garage doors are in stock and ready to go.

• Adding insulation or windows? Please allow 3 business days for customization.

• Special order doors require a 4–6 week lead time, depending on materials and supplier schedules.

Returns Policy

All of our garage doors are custom made to order. Because of this, all sales are FINAL, and we do not accept returns. Please double-check all measurements and specifications before placing your order.
